The Virtual Phone Booth (VPB)Calling Card allows you to place calls to various destinations through Diamond Voice. Calls are billed to your account. Calls are logged and can be viewed from the web.

How does it Work?
Dial your dedicated VPB telephone number and log in with a secured PIN. Enter any US domestic telephone number to dial. You are connected to the number when it is answered. The calls are billed at the same rate as your regular 800 voicemail service.

Caller ID Override
When placing Outbound calls with Virtual Phone Booth, you can enter a specific telephone number to display on the telephone of the person you are calling. This allows you to call from anywhere and specify a different number, such your office phone, as the Caller ID number.

Auto Login* will recognize your telephone number and automatically log you into VPB. This streamlines your dialing process to a single speed-dial button from your home or cell phone.

Call Recording*
You can also have the option to record your calls.
With this feature enabled, each time you place a call, the conversation is automatically recorded and saved as an audio file in your voice mailbox. It can be forwarded to your email as a WAV or WMA file, played over the phone like any other voice mail message, or retrieved from the Web.
