Voice Mail is the foundation messaging service offered by Diamond Voice Messaging. Dallas and Ft Worth area Voice messaging solutions start with basic voice mail and a dedicated local or 800 telephone number. Auto Attendant or Virtual PBX functions expand the capabilities.

Capable of taking multiple simultaneous calls in addition to message taking, you gain additional call load capacity beyond the physical phone lines at your office or home. So even if you only have two office lines, your voicemail service can literally field dozens of calls at the same time!

Caller ID is standard with your Voice mail. Even if you don't have Caller ID on your telephone, your voice mail does and the callers number* is automatically attached to the message they leave. With the optional Voice To Email service, the Caller ID is delivered by email along with the audio WAV** file of the message.

Unified Messaging delivers voice mail messages as WAV files to your email when you add the Fax To Email service, your email, voice and fax are accessible from one inbox.

Caller ID Pass Through When Call Transfer is used with voice mail, the callers Caller ID is passed through so that you can know who is calling. You can answer the call and accept or reject the the transfer.

Live Call Transfer can be added to any voicemail box. This allows your voicemail to transfer calls to any telephone number. If you are available, you can take or reject the call. If you are not available, the caller can leave a voicemail message. Call Transfer can be turned on or off right over the phone. Plus, a schedule can be created so that calls only transfer during the time you want to take calls live.

Music on Hold during Live Call Transfer can be customized for you or callers will simply hear professional, upbeat music during the transfer.

Message Notification keeps you in touch with your voicemail messages 24/7 or whatever your schedule. Message Notification options for your voicemail include digital pager, email or text messaging to a cell phone or text pager.

Voice To Email Delivery of messages includes the message in WAV format and the Caller ID. Each mailbox can have up to 3 email addresses.
