Voice to Email unifies your messaging by delivering your voice messages to your email address as a WAV file attachment.
Voice to Email can also deliver just a notice without the attachment to your email, alerting you that there is a new message in your Voice mailbox. You can then call in and listen from a telephone.
Up to 3 separate email addresses can recieve your notification simultaneously.
In high traffic applications, Voice to Email can send the message as a WAV file and mark the message as "Old" for quicker deletion or forward then delete immediately.
Voice To Email can be added to any message taking mailbox and is included in both Virtual Office and Virtual Small Office packages.
For Question and Answer applications such as order taking or 3rd Party Verifications, the Audio responses and Touch input can be combined and forwarded by email for immediate processing.
