Types of Verification

OPEN-ENDED TPV Basic Verbal Contracts Service that uses our Virtual Phone Recording System. In this scenario, the sales agents will do most of the talking. In many cases reading a telemarketing call script on a piece of paper in front of them. This would include initial query for the Agent ID and Customer Number.

PRE-SCRIPTED TPV (Automated Q&A session)
The Diamond Voice Automated Attendant will walk the buyer through a series of pre-scripted questions and collect audio or touch tone answers. Diamond Voice will append a Time and Date stamp and issue a unique confirmation number. The entire verification is then emailed to any email address you choose. We can also record long phone conversations that allow the sales agents to do most of the talking.


DUAL RECORDING Combine the Basic or Pre-Scripted service with Dual recording to obtain a complete audio record of the transaction including any extraneous comments made by either party during the process. This provides the ultimate in verification documentation.

Retrieval Options

TPV-by-Email Diamond Voice will instantly forward your verifications to you. You will have immediate access for verification playback. Audio is attached as WMA or WAV and touchtone input appears as text in the body of the email along with the Time/Date stamp, confirmation number and Caller ID.

TPV-by-Web You have access to retrieve verifications by logging into our secure web site. You can search and retrieve by any key field: Agent number, Customer number, time/date, etc. Just click the audio link to play back the recording.

TPV-by-Phone Verification retrievals may be accessed at anytime with a touch tone phone. Verifications may be retrieved by a unique confirmation number. Diamond Voice Verifications are password protected. You can call into Diamond Voice automated system to listen to your stored verifications for up to 120 days standard or up to 3 years upon request.

TPV-by-FTP Audio Recordings may be downloaded at anytime with a FTP Client or HTTP Browser.
