include initial query for the Agent ID and Customer Number.
PRE-SCRIPTED TPV (Automated Q&A session)

audio link to play back the recording.
TPV-by-Phone Verification retrievals may be accessed at anytime with a
touch tone phone. Verifications may be retrieved by a unique
confirmation number. Diamond Voice Verifications are password
protected. You can call into Diamond Voice automated system to
listen to your stored verifications for up to 120 days standard
or up to 3 years upon request.
TPV-by-FTP Audio Recordings may be downloaded at anytime with a FTP
Client or HTTP Browser.
