Cell Phone Call Recording
Cell Telephone Call Recording Service combined with Voice Mail gives you a On Demand recording of every phone call. Voice Mail messages and recorded calls are accessible from a single web interface .
Here is how it works:
Recording Inbound Calls:
When you see an incoming caller that you want to record, simply press "ignore" or the "end call" button. Your cell service will route the caller through the Diamond Voice Call recording system and the call will ring back to you within a few seconds. This time you take the
call, the system stays on the line recording the call.
After the
call is completed, the system saves the recording for retrieval from our secured web site. Unanswered calls or calls rejected a second time go into voice mail.
Recording Outbound Calls:
Using our Virtual Phone Booth access number, you simply speed dial into our system which will auto
log you in. You enter the number you wish to call. Call recording
begins as soon as the call is connected.
Retrieving recordings
You are immediately emailed a link to the sound file and you can
have access to it on the web.
Real Ring
With Real Ring™, the caller
hears ringing from the time they dial your number until you
answer or it goes to voice mail. So the caller does not even
know their call is being re-routed through the call recording system.
Caller ID Override
When placing Outbound calls with Virtual Phone Booth, you can
enter a specific telephone number to display on the telephone of
the person you are calling. This allows you to call from
anywhere and specify a different number, such your office phone,
as the Caller ID number.

(A Recorded call includes a 2 leg call where the caller
routes into the Diamond Voice system and the leg which connects
back to you. You are only billed for a single leg and only if the call connects.)
*Example price Per minute is for non-toll free access with no included minutes. Any cell phone charges for call forwarding to voicemail are the sole responsibility of the subscriber.
