How does Call Recording work?
In order for calls to be recorded, they have to be routed through the Diamond Voice Call Recording system.
How do I make my phone send calls to the Diamond Voice Call Recording system?
When you subscribe, you will be assigned a telephone number (CPCR) that will replace your existing cell phone voicemail. You will need to change the Conditional Call Forwarding settings on your phone to the new number we give you.  This may be accomplished on the phone device, cell carrier website, or may require a call to the carrier.
How do I set the Conditional Call Forwarding on my phone?
You will need to know your CPCR telephone number. This is the phone number that you are assigned by Diamond Voice. Then find your carrier on the list below for instructions.
