Instructions
"To place an order you will need your credit card, billing and shipping address. Please speak slowly and clearly and spell any difficult or unusual names. If you're ready, let's begin.
Order Questions
Q1 "Please say and spell your name"
Q2 "Please say your shipping address
Q3 "Using the buttons on your telephone, please enter your telephone number"
Q4 "Please say your billing address. If it is the same as the shipping address, just say "Same".
Q5 "Please say the item you wish to order"
