"We stumbled into the voice/fax to email technology quite by chance. We operate a loan and brokerage business that relies on incoming faxes for all of our revenue. All of our applications, documentation for processing loan files all comes to us by fax. Our T1 service provider recommended fax to email as an emergency back-up for any periods where phone lines went down. Our incoming business would not be interrupted. It came in handy on a couple of occasions. About 9 months ago our primary multi-line dedicated incoming fax machine needed replacement. I was looking at a network machine to replace it that would have costs many thousands of dollars. The sales rep began explaining how the machine could also digitize the incoming faxes and send them to document storage on my network. Of course the added software was more thousands of dollars. Many of the companies marketing this technology are nothing more than a room full of fax machines that are forwarding to a fax server on to an email transmission and they were very expensive. After searching the web and speaking to many different fax/email providers I spoke to you about your company and service. From the day we began using Diamond Voice, everything has worked flawlessly. We now have many dedicated lines that forward faxes as emails directly to the correct department. I saved thousands in equipment purchases, I have eliminated printing, scanning and handling in excess of a thousand pages of paper weekly, and improved the efficiency of my operations.
