"We stumbled into the voice/fax to email technology quite by chance. We operate a loan and brokerage business that relies on incoming
faxes for all of our revenue. All of our applications, documentation for processing loan files all comes to us by fax. Our T1 service provider
recommended fax to email as an emergency back-up for any periods where phone lines went down. Our incoming business would not be
interrupted. It came in handy on a couple of occasions. About 9 months ago our primary multi-line dedicated incoming fax machine needed
replacement. I was looking at a network machine to replace it that would have costs many thousands of dollars. The sales rep began explaining
