Telephone Call Recording Service combined with Auto Attendant Voice Mail gives you a consistent audio record of every phone call. This is an exciting new enhancement to hosted Virtual Small Office, Executive or 800 voice mail services.
Here is how it works:
Recording Inbound Calls:
Calls route through the CRVM system, you take the
call and the system stays on the line recording the call. After the
call is completed, the system saves the recording like any other
voicemail message.
Recording Outbound Calls:
Using our Virtual Phone Booth, you simply dial into our system,
login and enter the number you wish to call. Call recording
begins as soon as the call is connected.
Retrieving recordings
You can have the recording emailed as a sound file and you can
have access to it on the web. You can even call in and listen to
it like a regular voicemail.
Real Ring
With Real Ring™, the caller
hears ringing from the time they dial your number until you
answer or it goes to voice mail. So the caller does not even
know their call is being handled by an auto attendant.
Caller ID Override
When placing Outbound calls with Virtual Phone Booth, you can
enter a specific telephone number to display on the telephone of
the person you are calling. This allows you to call from
anywhere and specify a different number, such your office phone,
as the Caller ID number.
Call Recording Cost
There is a one-time programming cost of $25 to add
Call Recording to your Virtual Small Office, Voice Mail or
Virtual Phone Booth service. Then you only pay 14.9 cents a
minute or less for connected calls.*
(A Recorded call includes the leg of the call where the caller
dials into the Diamond Voice CRVM system plus the leg which connects
to you.)
*Per minute cost depends on access number type: local or 8xx
